It's rare that you go and buy something and end up staying for two hours! I absolutely loved my experience with ANNE and all of the guys at alien scooters. I was literally there for two hours getting to know their business talking about their products trying out new things and I ended up leaving with an electric scooter that is perfect for my needs and makes me feel like I am saving gasoline. I think that ANNE is a very honest businesswoman I believe that "keeping Austin weird" is very important and that we should do our very best preserve "excellence in business" as Alien Scooters has demonstrated during my "extended" visit. I look forward to upgrading and I will definitely be using alien scooters, cheers!
sold me a used scooter, didnt tell me that all sales were FINAL until the next day when i called and told them my scooter didnt even start.. sold me a new scooter because i couldnt get my money back but i could spend more to get something else.. it was also a non working scooter.. this was all within a week 2 products 2 failures and i still dont have my money back.. im stuck with store credit but im scared to buy anything there.. what if it fails on me also... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF ORDERING WHATEVER YOU WOULD BUY FROM THEM IN PERSON OFF OF THE INTERNET YOU GET THE SAME SERVICE BUT AT LEAST ITS CHEAPER ONLINE... DONT SHOP HERE
friendly sales, bad service. Bike has been at shop for a month and now no one answers phone for three days. I hope they are o.k.
This shop offers some of the best variety and repair services on electric powered scooters and bikes anywhere. I've been to quite a few ebike shops all across the US and few carry so many brands or are willing to help repair older equipment. The owner and staff are friendly and will help you find the right product, place custom orders and and even let you do test rides around the parking lot! Definitely worth checking out :)
doesn't even deserve one star -- Very dishonest owner. unfair to her past employees. deceived me out of my share of a resale on an eZip scooter saying she had too many repairs on it but i never saw any of those receipts. For months she failed to return any of my calls when i wanted to know how it was selling. She only called me when i left a message that i was in need of another scooter. poor customer service, dishonest person to do business with.
