Super friendly staff and they really care about your pets. They are super through and keep you informed about everything.
Dr. Carter is a terrific, best vet ever. Loves cats and knows everything about them.
The vet is kind and caring - our cats hate going and act really ride, but she does a fantastic job calming them down and taking care of them. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and they don't try to throw expensive and unnecessary on you to jack up your bill. I'm glad to have this place in my town.

I have given them several chances and I am constantly surprised by the staff's rudeness and lack of customer service. I will NEVER take my pets to them ever again. The LAST straw was when they called me 2 weeks after I had set up for boarding with them to let me know that they overbooked and cancelled my pet's boarding without any remorse or care for how I was affected. I was told that I had to be cancelled because they are first come/first serve for boarding, but I had booked 2 weeks ago and was told there was room. They have little regard for how they treat people and I have never felt that they appreciated my business or gave good attention to my pets' true needs unless it helped their bottom line. They are a business first and their business is pets but I am afraid that is all. NO THANK YOU!!
